Very convenient to train, trams and attractions. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Good location to hang out during the hottest part of the day during a heat wave. Nice little restaurants nearby and quiet neighborhood to walk in after dinner.

Overall, the Hotel Prinz Eugen staff was extremely helpful, especially Dominic with giving us restaurant recommendations, a small fan for our room and working with the other staff to get our taxi reserved for our trip to the airport. The hotel interior is pretty nice, however, the mattresses on the "king" bed seemed to be smaller because about 6 inches of the frame was sticking out on either side, which we banged into several times because it sticks out. The AC and refrigerator could be colder. For the AC they should allow the clients to lower the AC to the temp they would prefer or have a higher fan speed on the AC unit. Also, the fans are very small and do not oscillate. A tower fan that oscillates would make it more comfortable, especially during an extremely hot summer like this one in 2026. The breakfast was good and had a great variety to chose from. We did eat breakfast there on our 1st morning. Could use a couple of shelves or a medicine cabinet in the bathrooms to put our toothpaste, brushes, etc in while staying at the hotel. The location of the hotel was great to access the train, subway, restaurants, a grocery store and several of the historic sites.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The hotel facility could do a re-vamp. For instance there is a bar in the lobby that is out of use and it would be fantastic if it was operational. The location is great. We stayed there a couple of nights and the Belvedere is next door. Since it is 3mins away from the main train station (Wien hbf), travel from/to the airport is a breeze (15mins train ride). Easy transport to the any tourist location.

The Sraff are very friendly. The area is convenient for food and transportation. I would like to stay there again in the nearest future. Thank you to all the Staff especially to Miss Victoria who helped me during check-in process, etc. Also, thank you to the housekeeper Staff for making my bed every day.

Good location if you need to be near Wien Hbf. But otherwise, it is slightly outside the main city area and lacks a bit of life. The hotel however was spectacular and room was very comfortable. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Sam, for being easygoing, helpful and friendly.

The location of this property is great - the hotel overall is nice but our stay was not enjoyable. My husband and I along with our two young adult stayed for 1 night - so glad we didn’t have this booked any more than that. Our room was large but very unclean and in need of repairs. The ac did not work - we were sad but we made do but the big issue was our room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There were hairs on the floors and beds, huge dust bunnies, one of the shower doors on the corner shower stall was missing and the icing on the cake was the broken dish pieces that were left on the floor. I cut my foot and had a shard stuck in my foot. It was at this point my husband went down to get a broom so we could sweep the floor - the hotel offered to move us to a new room. The new room was cleaner but still had dust bunnies under the curtains and in the corners. It was better though as the shower was all intact and the ac worked. If you have other options for your stay I suggest going elsewhere.

Friendly and welcoming service from the receptionists and housekeeping staff. Roomcondition was not the best and needs an upgrade. Bed was very comfertable with crisp clean sheets and four pillows. Good breakfast. This is a standard hotel with no extravagant feeling or experience, but it is great value for money and very close to the Wien central station. If you expect bathrobes, minibar and roomservice this is not the place for you, but for a quick stay in a comfy bed and with a tasty breakfast it is absolutely ok.
