We really enjoyed our stay at Henri Hotel! The location was fantastic, and we loved the old-world charm and character of the hotel. Our room was spacious and full of historic details, although some of the functionality was a bit lacking. The bathtub/shower setup was a little awkward, as we had to hold the showerhead throughout and face away from the glass to avoid flooding the bathroom. While we didn’t opt for breakfast, it smelled wonderful every morning! Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the friendly staff who were available to help around the clock.

Room was good with a mini fridge available for your libations. Depends on which floor your at, be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. Perfectly located from the downtown area, the location is perfect to walk to all the scenic sites available in Vienna. To shower has very powerful pressure but you must reduce it not to flood the bathroom. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with some excellent travelling tips. Overall perfect location for downtown Vienna visit. A+++

Hotel HENRI is in a good, quiet location. Public transport, restaurants, bars, and attractions are close. The bed was comfortable and the curtains darkened the room sufficiently. Breakfast was good. The staff was extremely courteous.

The hotel has a lot of character and charm. Room was large and it was close to the shopping strip and lots of restaurants and underground. Loved having the espresso machine, kettle and coffee pods and tea bags. Glass bottle of water was a nice touch too. Bumped overall stars down because Wifi was dodgy. I kept getting bumped off or didn’t have wifi at all. That was the most annoying part of my stay. Shower set up was a tad awkward as we didn’t want the entire floor to get wet. Other than that it was a decent room and hotel.
