Great hotel in a great location! Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was good quality with lots of selection. We also loved being able to walk just a few minutes to take the train to anywhere we wanted to go in the city.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Vienna West. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and any requests seamless. The hotel is very well-connected: tram, metro, and bus stops are all within a 5-minute walk, and the airport is just 30–40 minutes away using public transport. It’s about 15 minutes to the city center and main attractions, which is perfect for sightseeing. Luggage storage was available, which was a big help on our last day. Breakfast was a highlight—buffet style, starting at 6 am, ideal for early tours. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the 24/7 gym is a great bonus. Overall, a top choice for convenience, comfort, and service in Vienna.

Very good location, and transport, easy access to all destinations in Vienna . Very helpful and friendly staff, and service. Only was very unusual , they clean room after 2 ( second) night. All fine , but rubbish needs to be collected every day and supply hot drinks.
