Great apartment and perfect location

A very well presented , spacious and well equipped apartment in a fab location. Very helpful hosts who were a joy to communicate with when required, made for a stress free and very enjoyable trip. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Apartment and Fantastic Location

Our stay was fantastic at High street suites. The team there were really helpful with not only being flexible during check in/ check out but also providing more home from home comforts and maps to get you started! Couldn't of asked for more really from the apartment! These apartments are also right in the middle of everything, in a nice part of town.

The apartment was beautiful! It was very comfortable and close to all inner ring attractions. If you are a shopper, every high end store you can think of was located within a few blocks. It was nice to have a clothes washing machine available, too.

From the initial check-in instructions to departure, everything was professionally-organized and top-notch. The apartment is spotless and comes with small details like plug adaptors for international tourists. Location could not be more central, two minute walk to the Graben! Excellent value for money. Congratulations to Azar and Jelena for such an excellent effort to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect

I stayed in the larger suite which had ample room and large windows. Also equipped with clothes washer, iron, bathrobes, comfortable bedding, kitchenette, thoughtful extras like voltage adapter. The location is beyond good. Walk out your door to a great Italian pizza/pasta cafe, the best shopping and dining in Vienna. Super close to churches, museums, concert halls, everything. Owner super with communication. Air conditioning didn't seem to work all that well, but it was comfortable. I have stayed at the Steinberger which is just a block away (great hotel),but I will prefer to stay here again in the future.

Everything you want in the city center

Excellent property with everything you need in the city center of Vienna. We could walk to Stephansplatz, the Hofsburg and the metro stop was just at the end of the street for venturing further in the city. the metro stop is also convenient for getting to the Central Rail station which we used to travel through Europe. The host met us at check in and was so helpful answering questions about the city and getting around. The apt was stocked with everything you need including little things like salt and pepper, coffee pods, laundry detergent, the things you don't want to have to buy or travel with for a few nights stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Best apartment in Vienna

We are regular travelers to all parts of the world and this was possibly the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It is the best for quality, size, location, cleanliness and customer service was the best of all. Alion and Alice were the best for customer service support that we have ever experienced. If you ever want to go to Vienna, this is definitely the place you should stay. It has got everything.

Sehr positiv überrascht

Riesen grosses Wohnzimmer mit grossem Doppelbett (Kind size) und einem breiten Sofa. In der Wohnküche dann Schlafsofa. Küche mit Herd und Backoffen, Kückschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffemaschine und Spülmaschine. Tee, Kaffee, Zucker & co waren sogar vorhanden; Müllbeutel da, reichlich Tabs für die Spülmaschine (muss explizit hier hervorheben, da woanders schon negative Erfahrung gemacht). Alles super sauber (bin sehr pingelig). Lage natürlich traumhaft. Und erstaunlich leise. Sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Brilliant apartment in spot on place.

As a frequent business traveller I really do appreciate comfort and peace. Combine this with fully functional kitchen located in very central but quiet location and you have an extremely spot on place to reload and relax. This and then some you can find right here. I will absolutely come back whenever there is a chance to be in Vienna.

Fantastic location and great apartment

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the historic centre and within walking distance of so many attractions. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained, as well as being elegantly furnished. We had a small issue entering the building (no fault of the owners) and I was so pleased that it was resolved by the manager being on site within 15 minutes - even although it was after 11pm when we left. We would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

최고입니다. 제가 다녔던 모든 숙소중에 이곳만큼 만족스러웠던 곳은 없습니다. 최고의 위치(한국으로 치면 명동바로 옆).. 넓은 방.. 비엔나 물가대비 저렴한 가격.. 친절한 전화.. 아파트먼트 형식이라 혼자 다 처리해야한다는 불편함은 있겠지만, 비엔나 방문하실 예정이라면 정말 추천드립니다. Best place to stay in Wien!!!

Amazing Stay!!!

We are very happy with our stay at High street suites. Amir was wonderful!!! I left my train tickets in the US and a family member had to mail it to high street suites and Amir was wonderful enough to make sure that it get to us safely. Thank you so much Amir!!It is accessible to all the sights you need to see in Vienna!!!
