Pros:
1) good location, lots of shops around, 20ish minutes walk to Vienna Opera House & the Museum Quarter. Easy access to subway.
2) clean bathroom
Cons:
1) confusing after hour check in. It's like a hostel not hotel. No hotel front for check in. Almost thought we needed to sleep on the street that night if we couldn't get in touch with a staff there. Called and talked to a staff at 9:50pm. Without the key, the elevator won't start. They left our room key in a safety box outside the hostel entrance. Received an untimely email only 3 hours before our arrival at Vienna from Prague. We did not see the email during transit; we wouldn't know what to do if we weren't be able to call and talk to a staff not until 10 minutes before she took off to walk us through the self check in procedure!! Per the email we read later on, no one would answer calls past 10 pm.
2) amenities are close to none..No daily drinking water bottle provided, water dispenser in the lounge was out of water, no shower cap, very tiny water kettle, coffee machine didn't work (smaller pod were provided as seen in picture).
3) very small room, only a foot from the edge of the bed to the TV wall (as seen in picture). Not enough storage space.
4) saw a staff for first time during our 3 nights stay who knocked on the door to urge us to leave the room while we're finishing up packing 10 minutes past the check out time.
