Lovely big, clean and comfortable room. Great location right on the U4 line and close to Easter markets at Schönbrunn palace. Great breakfast. Best thing about it though is the staff, all of whom were lovely, helpful, friendly and thoughtful.

The room was sparse and small but it was blissfully quiet. The most quiet place I have ever slept in fact. Staff were friendly and the breakfast is a nice spread. It’s an easy walk from the Schönbrunn U4 station.

The room and facilities are exceptionally clean, and the staff is very supportive. You also get 24/7 access to the mini gym. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the underground train station, and there is a mall nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance. We were really satisfied with our stay, it’s great value for money.

The property is in excellent location to visit the Schunnbrun Palace. We met an extraordinary young woman at the front desk named Katya, who went above and beyond expectations to help us. Her English is impeccable, and I so appreciated her professional and friendly attitude.

The start was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the palace and public transportation). We visited in Spring, the weather was cold outside but the temperature in the rooms was set too high, we could not seem to get it lowered in the room.
