"Everything is old. Parking was extra. Hair dryer was broken and asked staff to replace twice. None responded. No water in the room. Noise was horrible and I could hear everything from next room. We couldn’t sleep at all. This was the most horrible experience"

"The gym is amazing, the people are so kind! Felt safe in this hotel. Room service was good everything was great, Great downtown location. Things to keep in mind. Parking , if your booking through expedia buy the parking pass, if not its alot more especially if your staying multiple days I think they said $90 a day through the hotel.
