Mike was super helpful at the front desk! Easygoing personality and efficient checking in process. I was very impressed with my room as all the amenities (and kitchen supplies) were there. The location was right by the public transport stop too (both from the train station and buses!!)

The kitchenette rooms are very large and comfortable, well equipped. Clean and functional. They change towels 3 days once. May be this could be a critic. Tramway is just in front of hotel and very often. Train station is a little bit far may be 10 minutes by walk. Personel are very polite and friendly. Position of the hotel is not close the city center but not too far. By train may be 10 minutes or less by tramway 15 minutes. Consequently it's comfortable and suitable to stay, prices of the rooms are acceptable.
