"The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. The ceiling and damaged area in the room closet is also still wide open with no repair work done. I went down to the front...

"First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again."

"Used to visit this property years ago quite often. Hasn’t been updated at all since I’ve last been approx 6 years ago. The same old TVs, old Phones, Cheap + old iron/ironboards. I understand that the hotel is an old hotel but there’s no reason in 2026 to have such poor Televisions (no Netflix YouTube Amazon. Smart features) and such poor irons. Genuinely probably a 5$ iron that hasn’t been updated since the 1990s… I would know lol"

"Location was easy. Room was clean. Staff very helpful. The only real issue was breakfast ended at nine...and the room was so dark and comfy that we slept until 8:15! We had to hustle. Breakfast staff was very helpful and kind. We didn't use the pool...next time!"

"It's pretty much what you would expect for a $54 a night motel. The bathroom was cruddy and gross. There were random hairs everywhere. There were stains on the comforter. And the room smelled really weird. The nicest part of the entire place was the pool but it wasn't open, which was incredibly disappointing since it was almost a hundred degrees outside."

"I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing."
