Overall really liked the place. And location was perfect for where was staying. Only downside I would say was that was a little noisy at times as it was at street level and could hear a lot during the night. But overall very good

I did not receive any notification regarding key collection by the check-in time (3:00 PM). Fortunately, a cleaning staff member was at hotel, so I was able to collect the keys. However, I do not recommend this hotel to guests who do not have a SIM card with voice calling capabilities, fluent language skills, and good luck. Except of no air conditioning, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Check-in process was a nightmare because I was given the wrong code. Apartment wasn't very clean and facility was only average.

Overall, it was convenient location close enough and walkable to the center of town. The yellow-and-green Hop-on/Hop-off bus stop is close by so that was really convenient. There is a Billa (supermarket) close by just a block away. The property itself was maintained well and was clean to stay in with no disturbance from others. Things that could be better. It got hot in the apartment and there was no AC. The fan was old and not powerful. There was no bath lotion in the bathroom. The trash bin was tiny and so in three days there was quite a bit of trash overflow.

Apartamento muito quente

O apartamento é muito quente. Estivemos em Viena com temperaturas entre 3 a 12 graus e dentro do apartamento estava sempre muito quente, tendo que ligar o ventilador, nem imagino como seja em dias quentes. Como fica no nivel da rua é complicado de ficar com a janela aberta para ventilar, pois tem muito movimento de pessoas.

The apartment seemed recently renovated with sleek, functional furniture pieces. It was clean and surprisingly quiet for a first floor city location. We especially loved the radiant heat flooring in the bathroom!
