Amauris A truly fantastic hotel. It is a genuine luxury boutique property, with only a few rooms, which makes the experience much more personalized and exclusive. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the building itself has great charm: it’s historic, yet fully renovated and decorated in a contemporary and elegant style. Everything is beautifully designed and carefully detailed. Very, very, very beautiful and absolutely recommended. staff it’s absolutely fantastic!

The Amauris stands out among the others… their service is the best service we had received in any hotel globally. Special thank you to Pia who went over and beyond for us… absolute rock star! The hotel is also immaculate and has a wonderful set up that provides privacy and peace. Location is the best. Breakfast delicious. Parking just valet which makes it easy. I highly recommend this hotel, will not disappoint

Our stay was excellent. Great location that was walkable to a variety of restaurants and many of Vienna’s top attractions (minutes from the concert hall and the opera house). We had a comfortable, well-appointed and nicely designed room. Informative, friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service and many recommendations that were spot-on. Desk staff delightful!!! Tried to eat in the “fine dining” restaurant, then when seated, discovered was pris fixe menu. We did not want seven courses. Young waiter was confused; Maitre de was rude, assuming we did not understand pris fixe, treated us with contempt. By the way, food in the bar comes from the same kitchen!

Highly recommend. Friendly, professional and efficient from the minute we arrived, and even after we checked out. The staff went above and beyond and went above and beyond. Our room was amazing as well. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely seek this hotel out again. Very modern, very upscale. WiFi was a little stop and go.

Beautiful hotel, rooms and spa. Staff was wonderful. My only complaint was the noise on the front side. 2 train lines run almost constantly. One of the lines is very squeaky and loud. We would have liked to sleep with the windows open but it was much too loud. I would absolutely recommend this hotel but not a room on the front.

The staff is amazing (Oana, Nikola, Iva, Laura- thank you!), the rooms are clean and well designed serving both form and function. The hotel size makes it feel very intimate. The lobby and bar area small so for those looking for a buzzy 'scene" this is not for you. It's for people looking for an elegant, special place place that is beautifully appointed, and takes care of guests with grace, ease and pleasure.
