"The room was tired, not clean. Curtains fell down during the night, Towels, pillows, bed linen all need renewing. The air vent on the wall in the toilet was really dirty, no ledges or skirtings had been cleaned or even dusted to the edges. The sink in the bathroom, would not let the water out.
