"Great location, down a quiet side street but close to river and other sites. breakfast adequate, might not suite Western guests. The pool is terrific after a long hot day and staff very kind."

"This hotel was amazing. From first stepping out of the cab all the way until I departed. The hotel is clean and spotless, all the staff friendly and attentive, and the rooms comfortable. I’m a Hilton fan and this hotel exceeded my expectations. They even had a warm cookie and lovely cup of tea to greet me upon my arrival."

"The room was big and clean with a nice view of the Mekong. The shower was big although it had a window to the main room which could still be seen through even with the blind shut. The main let down was the on site restaurant, one lunch we were told we weren’t allowed in and would have to order room service. Later that evening the service was inconsistent, I was given a digital menu but when my friend showed up he was given a proper one. Overall minor issues but would stay again"
