Great hotel and staff - in spite of rude guests
I was there on business. Nice clean hotel, but I wish the breakfast also had more European/western food. staff is immensely patient: some Korean visitors were yelling at the reception staff 4 times during my stay, and the staff didnt shout back. If it was in Europe, those guest would have been thrown out. Way too polite staff! South Koreans really need to do something with their attitude. I have several South Korean friends and all of them are great people.

J'ai fais plusieurs hôtel dans la ville. C'est de très loin le meilleur rapport qualité prix de la ville. Le déjeuné est excellent, la chambre propre et grande et une vue incroyable sur la ville. 10 sur 10

The hotel smell smoke. 1st room had smoke smell. 2nd room less smoke smell. Hall way smell smoke. This hotel doesn’t enforce smoking policy. No water in exercise room. Men and women room in exercise floor smells bad

I like the variety of the breakfast selections. But the location of the hotel is really out of the way. The road in front of the hotel is under construction when I stayed there which is around March 20, 21. 2019. It was dusty and congested which cause some inconvenience to travel to the hotel. However, it was not the fault of the hotel, I should add.

Un tres bel hôtel et un hall somptueux. Un accueil efficace et souriant. Des chambres magnifiques avec une vue sur vientiane superbe à travers de grandes baies vitrées dans votre chambre. Clientele chinoise assez nombreuses d'où un pegit déjeuner buffet tres bon mais trop ciblé pour ce genre dd clientèle. Piscine jolie mais petite et l'état autour est à renover. Les abords exterieurs à l'hôtel sont en yravaux actuellement. Vous serez seduit par les magnifiques chambres

Dear ワット, We know that the road in front of hotel under construction has caused many inconveniences to you and we do not want this too. We would appreciate if you understand that this repair is a government road upgrade plan, it's not the hotel's fault. In addition, we also have a lot of support with customers in the problem of moving as you see. As a big hotel in the capital of course our customers come from many different countries, I personally think everyone needs to be treated fairly, regardless. For the mineral bottle, we have both free and charged types with clear signs. Thank you!

High end option for posh backpackers + businessmen
High end hotel, and a landmark in Vientiane. Quite an unusual experience given the area in which it is located, but good value for money and an overall good venue.
