"This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the facilities were well maintained. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the stunning view from my room. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt very professional and welcoming. "Our room was spotless and done everyday. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was amazing. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had and we appreciated being able to have guests (our kids) join us. The restaurant staff - from servers to the chef’s all did a great job. I wish I had individual names to give. "I stayed here for a few nights during my trip to Hanoi and overall it was a good experience for the price. The biggest plus is definitely the location — right in the Old Quarter, so it’s super easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, restaurants, cafés, and pretty much everything.
The room wasn’t very big, but it was clean, tidy, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to assist whenever I had questions.
One small downside is that it can be a bit noisy...
