"事前に送迎を頼んでおいたが、来ておらず。タクシーでホテルへ行くも、ホテルが見当たらず、何故か他の名前の場所で待たされる事30分。チェックインは更に他の場所へ移動して（この場所が判りずらい）のLINE指示でのチェックイン。シャワーは暖かくならないし、LINEで問い合わせてもすぐに返事は来ず。結構高台にあるので徒歩での移動は階段の上り下りがきついです。"

"This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom. They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying.
