"The room was okay and clean. The front desk person was helpful when asked. The hotel entrance had 10 steps high, so it is hard for elderly people stepping up and down every time! The security persons who were sitting on the side of the entrance door were very helpful every time we were out of the hotel carrying bags to the taxi and vice versa as going back to the hotel with bags. The buffet breakfast had limited food choices even though they were okay. The worst thing was the shower stall was...

"Hotel locates on a very busy street so it was inconvenient for transportation. It was advertised as new hotel but there are some parts in the bathroom wasn’t completed or needed to be fixed. Staffs were very helpful, great customer service."

"Breakfast had very limited options, and the property lacks basic amenities like a gym, pool, or bar. The kitchen closes early, and once it’s locked, guests can’t even use the only microwave on-site at night. The security guards are also quite strict, not allowing drivers to use the restroom or briefly stop to deliver items or pick up guests, which made things inconvenient."
