"This was our first stay in Vietnam and unfortunately for us it was an unfortunate start. The staff asked for a 10 dollar extra deposit for second room key. In our years of travelling we have never ever had to experience this ? Why do you need a deposit for a second key to a room housing two people ? Two people = two keys is logical in my eyes. Some of the issues were perhaps put of the hands for the staff, we needed scissors to open our luggage tags, and the staff really did not want to give us...

"Hotel locates on a very busy street so it was inconvenient for transportation. It was advertised as new hotel but there are some parts in the bathroom wasn’t completed or needed to be fixed. Staffs were very helpful, great customer service."

"Breakfast had very limited options, and the property lacks basic amenities like a gym, pool, or bar. The kitchen closes early, and once it’s locked, guests can’t even use the only microwave on-site at night. The security guards are also quite strict, not allowing drivers to use the restroom or briefly stop to deliver items or pick up guests, which made things inconvenient."
