The hotel is small enough for a personalized feel and location is perfect in D1 the customer service really does make this place 5 star. "Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful. Hotel was in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The downside was that there were lots of shady looking bars nearby, which were not good for families with children. "
