"It was easy to book transfer from airport since we were getting there late. The hotel is in a small alley, and they guide us in from our taxi. The instruction were very clear. The room was good with a small balcony, letting the light goes in the room. Beer was cold and cheap. The breakfast was in another building very close. You can order eggs or soup. Overall very good for Hanoi. The hotel is not in the old quarters but I found this to be a better place since the alley around are very nice."

"Soon after booking we received a helpful communication pack with offers of trips from the hotel. These were fairly priced so we booked a HaLong bay trip in advance of arrival which included a complimentary airport pickup. This was most welcome after a long journey from Manchester."

"Location ! Hanoi is a big city but this place is located In an oasis. Everyone was so nice and helpful at the hotel, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was very good. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back and recommend it. Well located and comfortable!

"This hotel is excellent, the staff was super helpful, especially Jolie, who went out of her way to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant.
The rooms are very nice and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.!

"Staying at Grand Hotel du LAC was a wonderful and memorable experience.
The staff were courteous, caring, and went beyond what was normally expected to ensure that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
