"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"Needed to be mindful of your surroundings as homeless people would sometimes walk through the parking lot but once inside the hotel, you felt safe. Good breakfast options but not much room to sit at times so took the food back to the room. It was quiet at night so very much appreciated that! The room could use another accessible extension cord."

"Bathroom soap, body wash and hair conditioner dispensers did not work properly. Floor in bathroom was not mopped and carpet in room area was not vacuumed. Upon arrival noticed the bedroom had strong cigarette smell and bathroom an overpowering bleach smell. One could not mask the other.
Bed frame sat on squares of wood so as to elevate and the ill fitting, ripped dust ruffle from touching the floor.
On a positive, the staff was polite, friendly and effective. Breakfast was good and...

"As others have stated, the rooms are very dated. Even though it's a non-smoking hotel, my room smelled a cigarette smoke. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you book a room away from the ice machine. The bathrooms were clean and the sheets and towels were fresh."

"The hotel was very close to all the hotspots! Very friendly service and the rooms were in good shape. We had shared bathrooms which was a concern for my partner, but honestly once we got to the hotel and saw the showers and toilets i can say they were kept impeccable during our stay. I’m very impressed and would come back"

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. "Staff was so friendly and helpful.
Room was clean, comfortable, and bed was very cozy. I would have packed a makeup mirror as the lighting is not ideal to do makeup… but that was my only small struggle. Best part was how centrally located it was!! Short walk to Pikes Market or the Needle.. and Top Pot. I quickly became obsessed with this coffee and donut spot just a few paces down the street."
