"Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Excellent stay overall. My only suggestion would be to add a handheld shower head in addition to the overhead rain shower. It would make the shower more practical, especially for guests who do not want to wash their hair every time. Other than that, everything was great."

"En general está bastante bien el hotel, no es un hotel muy lujoso pero las habitaciones están cómodas y están limpias, la televisión sólo transmite programas en italiano y eso es un poco complicado pero lo demás excelente. Los baños muy limpios y el personal muy atento sobre todo el chico de recepción llamado Luca y me sentí muy a gusto"

"Such a unique hotel built within an old perfume factory in a great location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus Metro and trams stops to get into Central Milan close by. The staff were universally helpful and seemed genuinely really happy to help you with any queries or requests for help. The hotel itself was spotless and, as you might expect, the atmosphere was infused with wonderful fragrances. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the rooftop LabSolue Bar...

"The room and bathroom were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The location was convenient. However, the trams went right past our window every 10 minutes and were very loud. There was only one elevator and it was very slow. The staff tried to be helpful but were young and inexperienced and not all fluent in English."
