"Fabulous hotel with helpful and welcoming staff. Great views of Lake Maggiore and surrounding mountains especially from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was a joy in the gorgeous dining room opened up to the outside terrace. Walk into Stresa town centre would be difficult for anyone with difficulties as it was almost 1 mile. "Europalace exceeded all expectations. We got a corner lake view room and it was absolutely stunning! The hotel room was spacious, clear and you could tell that the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, and walkable to all the necessary areas around. The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel. If you take the train, just know there is a bus stop that is slightly hidden that will take you to the city center then you will have to walk to the hotel. But, that is just...

"Good location just outside busy Stresa, but only 15 minute walk to town. Hotel restaurant was closed for evening meals which did us a favour as we found an excellent restaurant 10 min walk away, down by the lake. It's called Lidro Volante, very busy, advise to book."
