"There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. There were two clean bath towels left each day, replacing two soiled ones. However on my third day one dirty towel was left behind and only one clean towel was left.No a/c on night 3 and my room had no functioning windows. The room became extremely warm. "La puerta corrediza del baño rechinaba mucho, había que dejarla abierta para evitar el ruido durante la noche, sería recomendable que la tina de baño esté un poquito más baja, para facilitar entrar a la ducha y evitar una caída. Al regresar al hotel para la segunda noche, no habían puesto toallas, las pedimos tres veces, las llevaron hasta que transcurrió una hora.

"Incredibly kind front of house staff. I arrived hours before check in and just asked if I can charge my phone and I’ll come back at the appropriate time. While I waited the staff checked if my room was ready and within 15 minutes I was already in my room. They also made sure I was carrying water when I was going out during a heat wave."
