The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"We had a fantastic 4 days at this resort. Everything was spectacular. From taking the little boat to dinner, to the gorgeous view from our room and balcony, to the people who were so kind and helpful to us, I can't say enough. I think the best part is that you are out of the hustle of the main beach area and in a serene and quiet backwater area. It's just a short ride to the beach shops and restaurants though.
