"When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."

"Foi tudo perfeito! Nosso quarto tinha vista para a cidade de Cusco, o que foi incrível! O café da manhã foi perfeito também e nos dias em que tivemos que sair mais cedo nos preparam boxes com lanchinhos para levarmos (pedimos na noite anterior) e tudo preparado com muito carinho. Queremos deixar nosso especial agradecimento ao Jimmy, à Lis e à Rosa Maria que foram sen-sa-cio-nais!!! Eles nos trataram com grande consideração. Fizeram de tudo para nos sentirmos em casa. Ah, o restaurante do hotel...

"Great hotel in a safe and quiet area. Just minutes from shopping, the train station, the bus station, and many great restaurants. They met us at the train station, took our bags and led us right to the hotel. The breakfast was great in the morning. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
