"Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. "We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. "Ganz solide Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem. Besonders positiv: Das Zimmer war bereits vorbereitet und das Zustellbett war bei unserer Ankunft fertig gemacht – top! Die Vorhänge lassen morgens allerdings recht viel Licht durch, sodass es schnell hell und warm im Zimmer wird. Das Licht im Badezimmer empfand ich als etwas unangenehm. "The hotel's location is great, quiet on a small road. Parking was available without an issue. The staff were helpful and kind. The SPA, oh boy ... no rules applies at all. Very nasty group of foreigners walked in the SPA area with outdoor shoes, went to jacuzzi wearing clothing, NO showered before. Very nasty! The breakfast was very good."
