"The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses...

"The room was very nice and clean. We had a very large balcony with a partial view of the lake. The hotel came with free breakfast and they had a very large selection of food to choose from. The restaurants nearby were also all very good. They had a pool that we had access to but you had to walk about 5 minutes. The staff were all amazing and they always were happy to help with any questions you had. You would not be disappointed with Hotel du Lac."

"This place was lovely and if you are going to Lake Garda and cannot decide where to stay pick here. Rooms were nicely decorated with a warm personal touch so it did not feel like a institutional hotel. It is easy to walk to shops and restaurants."

"I don't think we could have stayed at a more welcoming and beautiful hotel in Toscolano Moderno. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the variety and quality of food at breakfast was superb, the pool was super clean and refreshing on a hot day. We appreciated the shutters on the windows at night to keep any light out and the air conditioning provided a very comfortable sleep. Everyone who stayed seemed so cheerful. "Super Hotel, sehr sauber und modern und freundliches Personal und gute Lage mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war dass es kein Netflix auf dem Smart TV gibt. Ansonsten kann man das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen."
