"The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses...

"What can i say about this stunning hotel! What an amazing find. I loved the location and our room with a huge terrace overlooking the lake could not have been more amazing. Salo is such a lovely place - beautiful shops - quiet - fabulous promenade - great restaurants. Perfect. The Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. The breakfasts were fab and the pool area peaceful and quiet. Would not hesitate recommending and look forward to returning soon."

"The room was very nice and clean. We had a very large balcony with a partial view of the lake. The hotel came with free breakfast and they had a very large selection of food to choose from. The restaurants nearby were also all very good. They had a pool that we had access to but you had to walk about 5 minutes. The staff were all amazing and they always were happy to help with any questions you had. You would not be disappointed with Hotel du Lac."

"A short walk from the waterfront, the hotel is bright, airy and very clean. All the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable, the mattress may be too firm for some but fine for us. A kettle and bottled water is provided. The air conditioning wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting providing only heat even though temperatures were in the high 20s. "Super Hotel, sehr sauber und modern und freundliches Personal und gute Lage mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war dass es kein Netflix auf dem Smart TV gibt. Ansonsten kann man das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen."
