"Schönes Hotel am Lago Maggiore. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad ist angemessen. Sicherlich ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber groß zu bemängeln gibt es nichts am. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Der Zimmerbalkon ist schön und ausreichend groß. Die Poolanlage wird eng, wenn sich viele Gäste am Pool wiederfinden. Da kann es schon mal sein, dass man keinen Platz bekommt. Die Dachterrasse ist groß, war aber leider nicht geöffnet. Der...

"Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der See. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz verfügbar. Bitte Markttag beachten. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so. "Stanza non adeguata al livello dell’hotel. Umida e fredda, se si spegneva l’aria condizionata si bagnava il soffitto. Abbiamo dormito in lenzuola completamente umide. Dovevamo pernottare solo una notte, altrimenti avrei richiesto un cambio stanza. Disponibilità ma non troppa: abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio anche dopo il check-out ma ci è stato negato per l’arrivo di altri ospiti, peccato che il check-in è alle 15 e noi l’avremmo ripresa alle 14."

"Waren mit dem Zug dort. Miserabel war der Zustand der Dusche, aussen an der Kabine Schimmel, innen an zwei Orten Schimmel = schwarz, das geht gar nicht. Wenn ein Gast neben oder oberhalb von unserem Zimmer 105 die Dusche anstellt hört sich das an wie ein Hochdruckreiniger, grässlich. Keine Empfehlung an Freunde/Bekannte. "We booked this B&B for one night but wish we'd stayed longer. Our hosts, Katerina and Valerio were magnificent in every way. Our room and facilities were perfect. You can step out of the bedroom into a lovely garden/patio with tables and chairs where you can watch the sun go down over the mountains. Excellent breakfast too.
