"The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!"

"Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das letzte Mal war es noch ein NH, doch sonst hat sich nichts geändert, es ist unserer Meinung nach noch immer top. Ausser der wundervollen und geräumigen Lage hat uns das moderne Haus gefallen, der stets nette, unkomplizierte Service, Sauberkeit sowie das tolle Frühstücksbüffet. Das Hotel ist ziemlich gut erschlossen, egal ob man Venedig zu Fuss oder auf dem Wasserweg erkunden möchte, man ist jedoch abseits vom grossen Trubel, der auf anderen...
