"The location to Disneyland main gate couldn't be better. This location is basically right out front.
Because of that, you end up paying for just about every service. Parking is an additional service, so if you arrive early, you pay extra, both to park and to check in. This also goes for the day you check out, so if you are going to the park on the day you check out, you have to pay extra to leave your car parked while you are at the park, on the day your check out.
The hotel doesn't provide cleaning service every day, but they are suppose to change your towels and take out your trash every day. They did not do this for us, and we had to ask for it on the 3rd day after they missed it on the second day.
Also, the door stuck so that it was very difficult to unlock and open, to the point where we couldn't open it with one hand, and a few times had to call someone to help us open it, which was very inconvenient."
