"Check-in was easy, the caretaker was right there to hand over the key, and gave us a brief history of the plantation, which has been around since the 1820s! The air conditioning worked very well and that's a blessing since we visited in August. Husband and I explored and walked the property more than once, trying to imagine it in its different eras. My only issue was the breakfast sandwich in the freezer, which was a solid block of ice. Maybe, put the sandwiches in the freezer the day before guests arrive..."

"It was my first time staying I was very pleased with the room comfortable bed; loved that a microwave as well as a refrigerator in the room. We had to go back to the front desk after checking in because the key didn’t work other than that it was a wonderful experience will visit again"
