We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. The hotel and its staff in our opinion were excellent. The hotel is well positioned on the main road into Riva, so is easy to find. It is a short walk to the Lake and nearest beach, about 150m. Beautiful gardens (and well maintained) surround the swimming pool, plenty of shade around the pool but also plenty of sun for those wanting to tan. Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

Everything has been absolutley great and amazing. From the moment you are arriving at the hotel and the staff is taking care of your car and luggage. Stayed in Arco for 3 days. Great to get away from hustle of Riva del Garda whilst still being very close to Lago di Garda. Other smaller lakes (Tenno, Ledro) nearby well worth a visit. Minutes walk away from cathedral and town centre with great restaurant recommendations. Tennis club with clay and indoor courts also very close. Staff very helpful in advising best places to go. Fantastic hiking routes and proximity to Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday. The food quality and service was outstanding, Italian tradition maintained at higher standard including perfectly run restaurant hall. The friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever meet. Both spas were great. Location great. Rooms nice.

Perfect stay for a family of four, couldn't fault it at all. We had a quadruple room on a half board basis and it worked brilliantly. The kids loved it, particarly the pool, and the food was great. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure next year.

The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant.
