"Overall, the hotel’s location was beautiful, and most things went smoothly. However, two issues seriously impacted our experience. First, we found the breakfast hours to be a bit too restrictive (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM). On one morning, I went to get a coffee at exactly 10:31 AM. Even though it was just one minute past the deadline, the staff member refused to serve me and had already turned off the machine. While I understand rules, a little more flexibility and hospitality for a cup of coffee...

"Beautiful relaxing location friendly staff, a little ways out of the way for many events but easily to get a uber and to and from all locations that we wanted to. The great part was.It was right on the beach, beautiful walking.Beautiful views very peaceful very relaxing."

"The hotel is located in a great spot with the beaches across the road. Lots of places to walk and enjoy people watching. Lot of places to eat nearby and the neighborhood felt very safe. The airport and train/bus station are easily reachable. The staff was amazingly professional and helpful."

"This hotel is over rated. When we got the room we found bugs on the bed sheets and gum in the floor. The staff were helpful and upgraded the room. The second room was bigger but again the floor was dusty. Note that the room has no cutler. Breakfast buffet is horrible. The worst coffee I have ever had. Be careful with the pictures it says an access to the beach but the hotel does not offer any chaise lounges near the beach. You will have to pay that separately if you wish to lay down on the...
