"Room was not cleaned, when I called to the front desk they told me they cleaned the rooms every other day. Which is unheard of.! then I went to the front desk in the morning and they changed their story that they do clean the rooms every day, one manager at the desk, said they cleaned them every day the other clerk says they clean them every other day. They didn’t know what the process was? When checking in, the card reader on the door did not work, I went down to the front desk and was given new access cards, and they did not work, back down to the desk I went, and Ricardo came up with me, and still didn’t work.needed new batteries, had to wait for engineers to change batteries, Also had an issue with the room safe, needed engineers to come up and reprogram the safe. I booked the Marriott because I thought they were reputable, obviously they have issues. "
