"I had a pleasant stay at the Wekopa. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the room was spacious. The breakfast at the WKP sports bar was fantastic, they offer Starbucks coffee.most of the staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay. Only 20-25 min from the Phoenix airport. "

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"The room was clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, my daughter loved the pancakes and cinnamon rolls. My only complaint was the bigger of the two elevators shook and made noise that freaked me out lol. Otherwise everything was great! "

I arrived to the property at 12:30. I did call ahead of time after my flight was delayed from Charlotte advising of my approximate time of arrival; there was no concern raised.
Upon arrival, I took note that we were waiting very long while the front desk kept running back and forth from the desk to room as he check on something.

"When we got to the property, we were informed that it would be an additional $40 per night because we had our two children, making the number of occupants four. When I booked the room, it showed the same price for two vs four occupants so I hadn’t realized it would make a difference. We were given the option for clean towels and trash removal daily, and that never happened over our three night stay. The room did have cold AC and plentiful hot water. "Stayed them when we had problems with our house. It’s an interesting property in a questionable neighborhood but it is gated fo safety.
The room was nice, well equipped and big! It had a combo washer/dryer that spun so fast it scared me it was gonna blast off!
The bed was comfortable. Everything was new.
We enjoyed our stay there despite the area being sketchy. "
