"the property looks good, very clean. Rooms were nicely arranged & beds were comfortable. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast. Hot foods were lukewarm, there was no butter available for toast or oatmeal."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s about 20 minutes outside of Dallas and is surrounded by a ton of stores and restaurants. It’s right off the highway, but you can’t hear the traffic. It was kind of cool watching the sunset and cars going past in the evening. Staff was very attentive and on point."

"I like how there was enough space in the room and there was somewhat of a view. Everything was super clean. Shower was perfect and the only thing I would say is that the shower itself doesn’t seal properly and water comes out but other than that everything was perfect"

"Pros-Shelf in shower for shaving legs, more than average hooks in bathroom Cons-Both treadmills were not working, large roach heading toward the dining area (to be fair, he could have come through the sliding front door but I made sure he didn't go further)"

"If you need to overnight at DFW, the ease and convenience of the Grand Hyatt is worth it. It’s accessible through Terminal D. The rooms have been recently renovated and they’re quite nice. We didn’t get breakfast due to early flights but the in-room illy coffee was appreciated."

"建物は少し古いかなと思いました。ですが部屋はきれいで清潔でした。 TREセンターポート駅歩いて約１０分で便利です。徒歩圏内コンビニ、レストランあります。朝食時のスタッフさんもよく話しかけてきてくれていい思い出になりました。またダラスに来る機会があれば泊まりたいです。"

"Room was clean but its not a smokeless hotel the room i got smelled like smoke bad and the second floor did aswell i had to end up loosing the money of the booming cause i couldnt even be theyre 10 minute since how bad smoke was so if ur thinking of booking this hotel think again supervisor was really rude telling us we wont get a refund back since its in their policy that if u check in and check ur room out and it smells like smoke they wont refund nothing and their breaking their own policy...

"No pude dormir porque algo estaba haciendo ruido en el techo sonó toda la noche incluso cuando salí de la habitación. Le dije a la Sra del counter antes de salir. Además me cobraron un desayuno que ya estaba incluido en la reserva. Espero que me hagan la devolución."
