"Nice new hotel. Suggest adding liquid hand soap in bathrooms and airport shuttle service 24/7. Bed was so comfy! It was noisy at night - think it was from hallway and other rooms. Dinner was yummy and reasonably priced."

"Spider in the room, no shuttle before 6am, impossible to get picked up from the airport, desk clerk could not handle a phone call to even say that the shuttle would not pick up at the airport, desk clerk put me on hold for ages and never got back to me, desk clerk was incompetent, staffing is obviously an issue. Minimalist idea of hotel."

"Pool was shut down. Treadmill nonfunctional and coffee was cold in the plastic urns. The room was clean and spacious.. parking charge $4/day is unreasonable and the $25 deposit is refundable if no damage. We had none so hope it is returned within 24 hrs."

"Great stay overall and had good breakfast. Very modern and new looking with good staffing. Only thing that stood out as a negative was that the air conditioner is on the wall next to the bed. Room was so incredibly hot, but when you turn on the air it’s loud and the air hits your face constantly. We tried to cover it or modify it to see, but we just ended up staying hot as the air coming out cold would flow intensely. After our first night we would try and make the room colder while we were away...

"Airport needs to mark curb at entrance to hotel. It was dark and I fell. Hotel needs to inform guests about how to find them. It was difficult to find."

"The room was very clean and check in was easy. We left at 4 am to go to the airport, so we do not know about the breakfast. We were not able to use the shuttle since there was snow on the ground. I wish we were aware of this prior to coming so we could arrange transport. We did appreciate them allowing our car to park in the back parking lot until we returned. For the price, I recommend. "

"This hotel when you walk in is pretty spectacular and really beautiful to look around. The problem is, the first toom i stayed in 912, was giving me a real hard time breathing at night. I am allergic to some things so i thought maybe it was the pillows or something. So one night, while watching atV in the living room i noticed water damage on the wall.
