"Loved this hotel. Staff was excellent. We rented a car, so the valet was great being able to pull up right in front of the hotel, drop the car off there, and they parked it for us and got it for us each day. Great location, walking distance to many of the Catania sites. "

Lots of space, comfortable. We were greeted by Luciano, he gave us information and a warm welcome. Extra parking arrangements were made in a secure parking location. We were very happy with the edge of the ZTL accommodation and parking. Very handy. We would definitely stay here again! "

"La prima camera presentava alcuni problemi come interruttori non funzionanti e un pò di problemi nelle forniture, siamo arrivati a Catania con un volo in tarda serata quindi abbiamo preferito passare la notte e poi successivamente andare a presentare le problematiche in reception. Il personale di turno la mattina dopo, un ragazzo di cui non ricordo il nome, è stato GENTILISSIMO. Ha compreso e senza fare troppe domande su cosa andasse oppure no, così come previsto dalle regole dell'Hotellerie, ci...
