Rommet var helt greit, bodde i 7. etasje og hadde fin utsikt. Men sengen var hard og kan med fordel byttes ut med noe mykere og mer behagelig å ligge i.

Good for the price and nice location

Great location and fantastic view from the room/balcony. The hotel is old and we stayed in one of the not yet renovated rooms, which was fine for sleeping. Very friendly and smiling staff. Very few spoke english and we are not fluent in spanish, but they tried their best to help us. And as many of the guests are spanish there is nice local atmospfere. The hotel is very childfriendly and you are allowed to bring your dog as well. Nice small an undisturbed beach - though stony but with the possibility of laying on grass. Fine pool, but a bit small poolarea and unfortunately many guest have a bad habit of reservating the sunbeds for hours even when not using them. They could work on the details: we tried asking for an ekstra pillow and was told it wasnt possible because the cleaning staff had gone for the day. Tried asking a few times more and the request was writting down but nothing happend. They have a stated politic about caring for the water and environment, but the cleaning staff tales the towels anyway and every day. The buffet is fine but tend to be a bit boring if you are there for a long stay.

La junior suite es una estafa!

Nuestra estancia ha sido del 7 al 11 de agosto. A la llegada nos tuvieron desde las dos de la tarde hasta las tres y media esperando porque no encontraban dónde estaba mi reserva, pese a que les enseñé toda la documentación y el correo recibido en mi móvil. Durante esa hora y media pudimos comprobar como varios clientes se quejaban sobre las habitaciones que les habían dado. Un cliente llegó a su habitación y no tenía ni cama ni televisión. A otro cliente le alojaron en una habitación de inferior categoría porque la suya estaba ocupada. Y a otro cliente le devolvieron íntegro el dinero de la habitación pagada porque no se correspondía con la junior suite que le habían ofertado en el hotel, después de estar esperando a que la Directora del hotel apareciera tras dos horas de reloj.En cuanto a nuestro alojamiento, cogí una junior suite porque se supone que estaban reformadas, pues bien, tan solo están pintadas y con un cabecero nuevo y un cuadro. La cama de matrimonio es minúscula. Para colmo había una cocina que no ponía nada de ello en la reserva. El baño está sin reformar y tiene bañera. La cisterna no funcionaba bien y perdía agua.El agua del aire acondicionado la teníamos que cambiar nosotros. Por contra he de decir que el personal (la gran mayoría parecía estar en prácticas)estaba desbordado por lo que intentaban ayudar en lo que podían ante tal desastre organizativo. En fin, espero poder ayudar un poco. Saludos.

Weekend away

The hotel is situated in a lovely setting with direct access to the beach, you do need shoes on the beach and to go in the sea, it is quite steep as you enter the sea and not really child friendly, the grounds are well kept as is the large swimming pool there is a shallow part for children but is about 3 feet deep. The hotel is being upgraded the front foyer and bar area is nice, the breakfast was ok not the biggest choice of hot food but it was ok. The room we had was a junior sweet which was clean and a nice size small kitchen with fridge microwave hob adequate pans etc and a coffee maker small dining area, with a bedroom and a terrace, the tv was not equipped to change the language for original uk programs. loads of hot water and clean linen. What lets it down is that the hotel from outside looks dated and tired. The staff were good but not enough of them in the bar when it was busy. Didnt eat our evening meal there because it appeared to be a buffet style and we like to be served at the table. For anybody who can live with small issues such as a stoney beach, odd cracked tile and a bath which had been mended then this 3 star hotel is very good for the price. Walking down the garden between the many tennis courts and onto the beach you could be anywhere. To wake up and sit on the terrace looking at the sea it was wonderfull. There was a sign saying shop but was closed. There is a bus stop a short walk away up a slight hill which will take you into town

Hmm. Where to start with this hotel...

Good points: lovely surroundings, comfortable clean room (bathroom a little dated but clean), swimming pool is perfect for kids and very clean, wifi very good, tennis courts looked in good condition, though I'm no Venus Williams. Staff are friendly enough however hospitality definitely isn't a strong point across the whole hotel. There is also a kids play area by the private beach. Bad points: despite remote location (and it is very remote) there is no supermarket or shop for basics on site and literally nothing around for miles. The bus outside to the main town/beach runs every hour if it feels like it, taxis to and from the town cost 10€ min each way but the cab drivers add on extra surcharge depending on how they feel. Food in the pool bar is of limited variety & the main restaurant didn't open for dinner two nights of our stay though we ate out anyway. Don't be fooled by the allure of the private beach, whilst it is lovely, it is pebble and not ideal for kids (except for stone throwing which did amuse our 4yr old) or if you don't have your own chairs, but you definitely need jellies for kids. There is also no beach bar to speak of, or if there is it wasn't open while we were there. The hotel also seems to keep toilet roll on ration and drip feeds you one each time. It is approx 30/40 mins from Alicante airport and will cost between 50-70€ in a taxi, depending on the day, time and extra charge the driver feels like adding. Some added 3,75€ Whilst some added 8€! If you hire a car (there is plenty of hotel parking) or have money to throw at taxis and don't mind being a bit ripped off by the drivers, then this hotel is absolutely fine, otherwise I would probably choose somewhere with a few more amenities.

Entäuschend - kein Essen - Kein Service

In diesem "hotel" schein es kein richtiges Personal oder Service zu geben. Eines Tages wollten wir ins Restaurant mittags essen gehen, da man uns bei Ankunft sagte dass es morgens , mittags und abends offen sei. Als wir mittags ins Restaurant gingen, war alles leer. Kein essen, kein Personal, nichts. Da gingen wir zur "Rezeption" um zu fragen was das soll, und wir bekamen seltsame Antworten. Erst sagte die Dame an der Rezeption, dass sie nur innerhalb ihres Rezeption Bereichs weiss was los ist. In einem normalen Hotel weiss die Rezeption immer was im gesamten Hotel geschiet. Dann ging die Dame zum Chef, der anscheinend auch der Koch ist, und dann haben sie sich erst einmal 20 minuten lang in Spanisch beraten, was sie uns antorten wollen. Dann sagten sie uns, dass das Restaurant kein Essen gemacht hat, da wir die einzigen zwei Hotelgäste waren und für zwei Personen würden sie nicht kochen. Ich habe noch NIE in keinem Hotel der Welt so eine Aussage gehört. In einem normalen Hotel wird immer gekocht, egal wieviele Hotelgäste da sind. Dann gingen wir zur Bar um zu sehen ob es wenigstens dort etwas zu essen gibt, denn in der nähe des Hotels gibt es kein Supermarkt und keine Restaurants. Ohne Auto ist man in diesem Hotel aufgeschmissen. Die Bar hatte natürlich auch kein richtiges Essen, sondern nur toastbrote mit Tier. Gemüse haben sie keins. Wir wären fast verhungert, hätten wir nicht die idee uns eine Pizza liefern zu lassen. Dieses Haus scheint kein richtiges Hotel zu sein, sond

Desastroso

Un desastre, me parece alucinante que los responsables del hotel pretendan ofrecer un buen servicio a sus clientes en esas condiciones. En obras, el acceso al restaurante por pasillos entre camaras frigorificas y habitaciones por pasadizos a oscuras. Una falta de consideracion y aun mas de verguenza.

Hotel vicino alla spiaggia non molto confortevole per i servizi ricevuti, ombrellone e sdraio a disposizione solo dopo le 11 ... inoltre carissimo per quanto riguarda il ristorante dell'hotel in spiaggia. NON lo consiglio.

De los peores hoteles en los que he estado

La habitación era lamentable, daba aspecto de sucia y tétrica, todos los elementos eran viejísimos (mención especial para el cuarto de baño que debía tener por lo menos 80 años y el aire acondicionado que parecía un motor de un avión). Las camas tenían un plástico antimeados que te daba una sensación de asco al meterte en la cama que no veas. Pasa un tren al lado del hotel por lo que tampoco es que sea muy tranquilo que digamos y la cala es pedregosa (habrá a quién le guste, pero no es mi caso). Alrededor del hotel no hay absolutamente nada, hay que coger el coche para todo. El horario del restaurante es de guiris. Los empleados fueron amables, lo único positivo. No piquéis, iros a otro hotel.
