"Bernini Palace hotel is a perfectly situated grand hotel. It lies within the heart of Florence. Very near to the Piazzale degli Uffizi It has very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. The staff were more than friendly and eager to help whenever they could. The rooms were decorated in a manner fitting with the age of the hotel and were quite varied. They had modern and well-appointed bathrooms. The small details were not overlooked at this hotel."

"The welcome when we arrived was professional and friendly. They had popsicles to take due to the heat. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from including champagne and ingredients to make Bloody Mary’s. The room was just the right size for a couple travelers. The elevator is small but that’s to be expected and it worked great. Location is good for walking, very close to lots of shopping and the statue of David."

"This place is wonderful. Perfect location close enough to the Ponte Vecchio but far enough from it that the foot traffic feels at arms length. The front desk staff is super warm and the location is beautiful. Make sure to check out the courtyard next to the front desk area and also the stunning roof top bar views. I found this spot to be exactly where I wanted to start and finish my daily walking journeys. Slip into the nearby side streets for some great cafes, restaurants and Osterias."

"The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. However, the service did not quite meet our expectations. When we arrived, our room was missing some basic amenities, and it took multiple calls to have the issue addressed. While the staff eventually resolved the situation and made an effort to compensate for the inconvenience by gifting us a bottle of wine, it would have been preferable if everything had been prepared properly from the start.
