Lake Hôtel Courchevel 1850
Sejour tres décevant. Desorganisation des esuipes, lits simples au lieu de doubles réservés, linge non changé, papier toilette non rechargé, coffre fort HS a l’arrivée, pas de pain a 7h00 au petit dejeuner .... Apres des annees superbe sous l'enseigne Mercure, une grande deception. A éviter

Altapura Hôtel & Spa Val Thorens
Beautiful facilities and good location, however there was a lack of attention to detail from staff. We weren’t told where breakfast was, how to access WiFi, what to do with ski equipment or how to use the spa!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location. Nice accommodations. The ski room is a extremely well setup.

This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled ...
