You have to order breakfast ahead of time, making planning a bit less convenient. There is no place to sit that isn't in the room. A simple lounge would be nice.

The bus stop is like 15 min walking (if you don't have a car) and it's very empty around, I didn't feel safe arriving later than 7 pm. Staff is kinda friendly (depending on the person). I can't emphasize enough on how small the bathroom is.

L’accueil très sympathique. Et je ne m’y attendais pas mais l’environnement est plutôt calme la nuit. Donc nuit reposante. Pas mal d’option pour manger mais la pizza disponible sur place et montée à la chambre à leur dite c’etait nickel.

compliqué d'arriver à 20h30, plus d'accueil, saisir des codes sur une borne à l'extérieur dans le froid et le vent. Dommage que l'accueil physique ne soit plus dans l'ère du temps... économie et restriction budgétaire... plus de contact. Dommage. J’arrive à l’hôtel impossible d’ouvrir avec ma réservation qui ne fonctionner pas du tout après plusieurs tentatives l’agent d’accueil avait fermer la loge 1h plutôt 20h au lieu de 21h le week-end j’ai dû attendre qu’un client passe pour pouvoir accéder au parking de l’hôtel et faire appel à une personne de nuit qui agacer me remet ma carte de chambre Je déconseille cette hôtel moi qui suis toujours en déplacement professionnel

L accueil est chaleureux et formidable. Merci à l équipe de la réception, des personnes bienveillantes et agréables. Petit bémol au niveau de la femme de ménage qui entre dans la chambre sans prévenir à 8h30 et qui remet ça à 10h...et qui tape à 10h45 pour signaler qu il faut partir...

Haltet euch fern

Wir haben für 17 Personen 5 Zimmer gebucht. Um 18:30 Uhr waren wir da zum einchecken und es war keiner mehr an der Rezeption. Also mussten wir über ein Check in Automat einchecken was wir erstmal lange suchen mussten. 3 Zimmer Karten haben wir dann bekommen. Danach hatte der Automat nicht genügen Zimmer Karten. Telefonisch hat man niemand erreicht. In der Zeit kamen noch 2 Familien die nicht einchecken konnten. Wenn das Hotel weiß wieviele Menschen gebucht haben. Dann befüllt man den Automat so das es genügend Karten gibt und das jeder einchecken kann. Nach 5 Std Kampf mussten wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen. Das Hotel wollte auch uns die Kosten nicht erstatten obwohl keiner in dem Hotel geschlafen hat. Dann empfehle ich diese Unterkunft mit Kinder auf keinen Fall , es liegt so abgelegen und man bekommt Angst. Haben dann das Ibis Hotel gebucht und es hat uns so gerettet. Lieber das Ibis Hotel anstatt dieses.
