"Ibis Hotel Millau Bridge
Staff brilliant and check in was available at 2:30pm on arrival.
The male member of reception staff assisted my friend who had a problem with his motorcycle by recommending a nearby motorcycle repair shop that fixed his problem.
Clean and comfortable room and a very nice breakfast.
It would have been nice if we had been informed of the pool closure before our arrival.
Well done Ibis Millau Viaduct

"The hotel is in central Millau the staff are really helpful. Once you park in the nearby carpark you can easily explore the town. The room has it all great shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and a focus on local products."
"Impressed with the very quiet aircon system. 32C outside yet 30C inside … and i did not hear the system running even in the middle of the night.
Very convenient parking"
"Supposed to be able to check in by noon. Arrived at 3:15 and the auto check in wouldn’t work and no staff until 4 pm. Frustrating!
Also no hair dryer or kettle. Realise it is a budget hotel but these omissions were not obvious when booking and other lower priced hotels don’t miss out on these items."
"Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building.
No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating.
Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."
