"What a gem of a find, we stayed for one night whilst travelling from England to Spain. We was warmly greeted on arrival and went straight into the pool after a very long day. The host then prepared a fantastic 3 course home cooked meal with wine. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfy, with a wonderful views over the vineyards. This quiet little corner of Carcassone was so close to the walled city, yet was beautiful to stay at, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool was a fantastic spot to cool off in the afternoon. Plus, the decor of the rooms was fantastic (our was hot pink and orange). Could not have been happier with our stay at Hotel Montmorency!"

"Loved this hotel. Really clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Both for the citadel and the restaurants and shops further along Rue Trivalle. The pool and seating area were a welcome place to relax and cool off. The staff were all friendly and welcoming (and spoke good English if, like me, your French isn't the best!) Secure parking an added bonus too."
