"Lors d'un week-end romantique à TROYES, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits/2 jours, à La Licorne Hotel & Spa Troyes - MGallery Collection, classé 5*.
DYSFONCTIONNEMENT GRAVE :
Pour nous rendre au SPA de l'h ôtel, nous avons emprunté l'ascenseur entre le niveau +2 de nôtre chambre et le niveau -1 du SPA.

"We booked for one night thinking the logis had a certain standard but it was like a really cheap motel.
The bed had one thin pillow each and when I asked for a second pillow the only thing they offered was 2 cushions.
Not a nice experience at all. I would not recommend."
