"Wanted to stay close to CDG airport for return flight to US. Really not looking for much else. A what a wonderful experience. Staff was great. A travelers’ hotel. Efficient. Nice bar. Nice restaurant. But best part was a 5 minute walk to Terminal where we caught a train to our departure terminal. We were checked in, bags dropped, and through security in 1 hour. Super easy. No stress. Far better than I expected."

"The room wasn’t cleaned or beds made, all that was done was new towels were given. The shower sink and toilet was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. The TV did not work in the first room we were given but they did move us to another room."

First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage.
