"The staff was so kind and friendly. So far the best stay that we had in Spain. It was a bit far from where we had to be so we took Ubers everyday; thus, we moved. The hotel is very clean, the hospitality can do a little better with replacing the exact amount of towels daily without having to ask them to give more towels. I did have to ask for the refilling of conditioner and shower gel which was barely anything from day 1. On day 2 they replaced the gel but still not the conditioner until I said...

"The hotel was clean and 10 minutes away from the airport. However the staff were so rude and not friendly. They helped because they have to and you feel terrible. I was literally scared to ask questions. Not a single friendly person, not even the lady who greeted me for breakfast. Everything was for a charge. Breakfast, parking, shuttle, etc. not a single service free of charge. I paid 2.50 Euros for a very small cup of hot water."

"This is a modern hotel very close to the Madrid airport. It is great for flyers in or out of terminal 4 with their shuttle service. The only disappointment was the hotel's restaurant. The food was very mediocre. The rooftop bar is nice, but eat somewhere else."
