"This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20...

"Property located within 4 minute walk to train station but was perfectly quiet. Didn’t hear any street noise. "We absolutely loved our stay in La Spezia! It was centrally located, easy to walk into town and catch the train to the surrounding area and towns of Le Cinque Terre. Daniela was an amazing host and had lots of great suggestions for sites to see on our trip! She helped us find a restaurant nearby on our first night in, and called us a taxi at checkout. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had a beautiful view, it was perfect for our family. We’ll certainly be back!! Grazie mille Daniela! "
