"Room was clean but needs updates."

"Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room and lobby were very clean. Free breakfast was great - ham/cheese/peppers omelet, scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, and baked goods. Good coffee. "

"No hot water when we checked in the evening and no hot water to shower that night or in the morning!! The staff did not seem concerned, almost like they had heard the complaint many times before, but just refused to do anything about it. Breakfast was awful. There was a large plastic bag of pre-cooked eggs laying out by the microwave. The television would not connect so they had to come in and completely reset the connection. The telephone in the room did not work at all so you had to walk down to the front desk to report the problems."
