"The staff was very impolite and unprofessional. During my three-day stay, no cleaning service was provided at all. There were no amenities, and guests are basically left on their own at this motel. I would not recommend staying here."

"The Hotel is right opposite the station, which is a plus. It has loads of restaurants on the main road. Staff at Reception was helpful. Our toiletries was never replaced. We had Ants infestation, the responses from Staff was that it is normal. Room is cleaned every other day."

"Me and my girlfriend just would have been more happier if they would have at least had like more vending machines like a soda machine, snack machine can't remember that ice machine or not but I think they did but we still have a little more vending options than anything else but other than that you were happy with the service"

"Staff was awesome and friendly . Yet sadly the facility was kind of bad. The second floor ground was uneven and dirty. Even though the top was no smoking. Guests on the bottom were. Meaning you could still smell that terrible second hand smoke."

"Loved my stay! Beautiful historic building, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The boutique atmosphere made it feel much more special than a typical hotel. Once you step inside, it feels like you're somewhere on vacation in Europe. No elevator, but actually the staircase was beautiful (and manageable). Courtyard was charming too. They keep the building secured by giving you an access code. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again."

"I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental."

"I really enjoyed my stay. Raja and Darwin at the front desk very super helpful and professional. Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive as well and the food was actually pretty good. I wouldn’t mind staying there again just hope that the property will be renovated as it’s very outdated. My room was HUGE and I did enjoy how peaceful and quiet it was as I was able to complete school work and sleep without issues."

"The room was dirty the water was cold the tv did not work at all the maid didn’t take the trash out or make the beds even tho we stayed for a week and told the staff to do garbage and beds they never once gave us more towels or even checked on us at all I had to go in the office and make them fix the tv and when I checked out I cleaned the room Myself bagged up all the trash stripped the beds and left them all in a pile on one bed and they still kept my security deposit."
