"Gym was nice we used it. Front desk snd housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The condition of our room 406 at no fault to housekeeping was that the tile in the shower was gone and very uncomfortable, a mat was provided but i am not a fan of these. "As someone who prioritizes cleanliness this is a great match, the area surrounding the hotel is not very family friendly which is not a fault of the hotel, which brought some not top tier guests. "I’m honestly surprised this hotel has such high ratings because our experience was very disappointing. Walking into the property felt more like stepping into an outdated motel than a hotel. While I understand that you “get what you pay for,” the ratings online made us expect something much better, so it felt very misleading. The first room we were given had lights that didn’t even work, so we had to go back and request another room. The replacement room we were given clearly wasn’t ready yet....

"The hotel is pleasant with a comfortable room layout and a very good shower. The pool and hot tub are a big plus and there is parking on the premises. The couple of drawbacks: The elevator card key deactivated multiple times and the bath and pool towels are scratchy. We arranged for daily room "refresh" and only had housekeeping one day when we followed up in the morning."
