"I book to stay. Drive 2 hours get here and no rooms were cleaned at 6pm. Housekeepers left and some quit. Only rooms cleaned was the ones that was paid in advance. If you was suppose to pay at property you didn't have a room regardless how far you drove "

"The property is dated, and the shower showed signs of repair that was haphazard, the glue used to secure the fiberglass shower enclosure was smeared on the wall and not cleaned off and has since turned brown. The showerhead was 1970's
But the staff and the property are amazing. It was obvious most of the guests were repeat visitors and seemed to know eachother and the staff. We felt welcome and comfortable and I would highly recommend you book your stay here.

"The room was really pretty. The bed was uncomfortable. The sink was so cute. It was redone. The bathroom was beautiful, but the hot tub was broken and the laundry was broken so I only paid 108 a night so it was worth it I guess but next time I’ll pay a little bit more and have stuff that works. "Great location and beautiful pools — definitely the highlights of this hotel. It’s very convenient to get around and enjoy the area.
However, the rooms feel quite worn and could really use some renovation. The service at the front desk was also very slow, and we often had to wait a long time. The valet parking also had long lines, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, the location and pool area are great, but the hotel could improve the rooms and service."
