"After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in we would have left right away, but being tired we spent one night and left early in the morning even though we had paid for two nights. "We had a family trip so had 3 rooms booked. We had amazing views of the bay, surrounding islands and beach. The rooms were a great size, daily breakfast had plenty of variety. On arrival we were provided vouchers for a complimentary dinner which was a nice surprise. The beach is great for families as the waves are gentle. Can probably walk 30-40m out before the water is above your shoulders. Given the recent floods and typhoons the resort was in impeccable condition."
